Director Operations & Business Development – BARQ Integrated Solutions (2020–Present)
Leading nationwide operations, business development, and airport engineering services with a team of 650+ technicians and engineers. Ensuring zero downtime at Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad and Gwadar Airports. Managing proposals, contracts, vendor negotiations, and large-scale technical projects.
Business Manager – Jaffer Brothers Pvt. Ltd. (2014–2020)
Managed nationwide supply chain, imports, warehousing, and sales operations. Built reseller networks in 6 major cities. Led 30+ employees while maintaining strict financial discipline and operational KPIs.
Program Manager – US CNTPO (2008–2011)
Successfully delivered multiple infrastructure and training facility projects worth $8M for US defense programs in Pakistan.
Country Manager – Murshid Builders Afghanistan (2011–2014)
Established and managed the company's Afghanistan subsidiary. Delivered $15M+ USACE and Japanese Grant Aid projects. Led international operations with complete compliance and safety protocols.
Assistant Manager Afghanistan & Special Projects (2005–2008)
Won the “Innovative Sales Person Award – 2008” for securing multiple donor-funded projects in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Sr. Sales Executive – Machinery Division (2003–2005)
Started career in industrial sales, tenders, and client relationship management. Have been involved in the sales of Komatsu machinery (Bulldozer, Excavators, Wheel Loaders) and material handling equipment (Forklifts, Telescopic Handlers), Mechanical Vacuum Sweepers and Heavy Duty Cranes.
